1. No Refunds on Services and Treatments:

- Once any payment is made for online consultations, treatment plans, or services offered by Docfit, it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes any consultation fees, treatment fees, or other service charges.

2. No Refunds on Purchased Products:

- All purchases of homeopathic medicines, supplements, or wellness products from Docfit are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

3. No Returns on Used Products:

- Products delivered by Docfit, including homeopathic medicines and supplements, cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and quality of the products we provide.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

- In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will review your request and, if deemed valid, will offer a replacement. However, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

5. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders for products may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
