Patient Instructions
To ensure the best possible care and outcomes during your treatment, please carefully read and follow the instructions outlined below.
1. Avoid Painkillers, Cough Syrups, Antibiotics, Ointments, or Fever Suppressants:
Do not take any painkillers, cough syrups, antibiotics, or apply any ointments. Do not attempt to suppress fever by sponging or any other means. Keep the patient comfortable by providing the temperature desired during fever while under treatment. Do not attempt to suppress the fever internally or externally.
2. Handling Vomiting and Loose Motions:
If the patient experiences vomiting or loose motions, do not give any pills or medication to suppress them abruptly. Report these symptoms to your attending doctor immediately. Provide plenty of fluids and fresh, natural food such as fruits, water, and fresh juice. Avoid giving any health tonics or supplements.
3. Dietary Guidelines for Children:
Children should not take any dietary supplements or tonics during treatment. They should rely on natural food, such as fruits, vegetables, and pulses.
4. Dietary Guidelines for Adults:
Adults should refrain from taking any health supplements during treatment.
5. Menstrual Cycle Guidelines for Females:
Females should not attempt to prepone or postpone their menstrual cycle due to religious or social pressures, as this could result in serious side effects.
6. Managing Menstrual Pain:
In case of menstrual pain, do not use a hot water bottle or painkillers to alleviate the pain. Our treatment kit includes medicines to help manage this discomfort.
7. Communication After 9 p.m.:
After 9 p.m., please call instead of sending a WhatsApp message, as messages may go unnoticed at night. ◻
8. Medication Dosage:
Only take 3 to 4 pills as a dose unless advised otherwise by the physician. Taking more pills than instructed will not make them more effective or stronger.
9. Medication Repetition:
Do not repeat any medication on your own unless explicitly instructed by your physician.
10. Reporting Progress or Issues:
Report back after the specified period of medication to confirm if the treatment is effective. If you feel it is not helping, report to us immediately.
11. Hair Care Guidelines:
Avoid using chemical-based hair dyes during treatment. Natural henna can be used as an alternative.
12. Checking New Medications:
When you receive your courier, check if any new medicine, apart from the ones listed, has been included. If yes, update your list and send us a picture of the updated list of medicines.
13. Medicine Stock Management:
In case you are running low on any medicine, please call or WhatsApp us for guidance. The patient is responsible for maintaining their own stock of medicines.
14. Payment and Receipt Submission:
Whenever you make a payment for your consultation or treatment, please request a receipt and send a picture of it to the doctor who treated you. If you make an online payment, send a message to your doctor confirming the transaction.
